Guided Meditation for Calming the Mind

We are immediately put at ease by the ocean waves. I captured this scene of the Atlantic Ocean while visiting Hilton Head Island amidst the beginning of the corona virus. When our worlds were suddenly shaken and fear tried to seep in, I sought solitude with the ebb and flow of the water. Just like the water, our emotions and life's challenges ebb and flow. Meditation has been my grounding force, my practice of allowing thoughts and emotions to ride through me, but not control me. May this guided meditation bring you strength, love, and a calm to any storm you might have to endure.
